orange juice 100 cal = 500 cal.
Lunch:
ham 100 cal, lo fat whole wheat bun 80 cal, onions/radishes 20 cal = 200 cal
Snacks:
Homemade ice cream 150 cal.
Dinner:
steak 500 cal, scalloped potatoes 150 cal, bean salad 150 cal, watermelon 200 cal, 1 lite beer 100 cal. = 1100 cal.

48 oz water, 24 oz Diet Pepsi.
