Lunch: 
Deli turkey breast 80 cal, whole whet bun 150 cal, pickle, lettuce, onion 30 cal = 270 cal
Snacks: 
5 peanut butter pretzel bites 70 cal, Special K protein bar 110 cal., 12 tortilla chips & salsa 182 cal.
Dinner: 
whole wheat spaghetti 180 cal, rarlic & onion sauce 200 cal, salad w/cesar spray dressing 50 cal, jello 80 cal = 510 cal.
