Lunch:
ham 100 cal, whole wheat bun 150 cal, mustard, lettuce, onions, pickle 40 cal =300 cal.
Snacks:
popcorn 200 cal, ice cream sandwich 160 cal.
Dinner:
steak 225, Ron Douglas lime/chile corn 136 cal, salad w/cesar dressing spry 50 cal, mixed fruit 80 cal
= 491 cal
