Workout:
Stretching, walking 15 minutes.
Breakfast:
Wheaties 100 cal, 2% milk 80 cal, toast 160 cal, banana 105 cal,
orange juice 100 cal = 545 cal.
Lunch:
Arbys Philly Flatbread 603 cal.
Snacks:
Pretzel bits w/peanut butter = 140 cal (10 pieces)
Dinner:
Taco Bell taco salad without shell 420 cal.
Personal Notes:
48 oz water 24 oz Diet Pepsi - Out all day Flatbread choice was wrong could have had faieta for 463 cal.
