Lunch:
Beef vegetable 300 cal, crackers 80 cal = 380 cal.
Snacks:
Raisins 45 cal
Dinner:
Ham w/whole bun 260 cal, mustard 10 cal, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomato,
radish 78 cal = 390 cal

Back to work today, I do books every other month for my VFW. Snacks will be the hard part.
