My Notes: 
my daughter got her braces off today, of course that meant the whole day rotated around food.
Workout: 
2 hours + hard at the dojo. best workout in a long time.
Breakfast: 
eggs, grits, turkey bacon
Lunch: 
na
Snacks: 
2 - 100 call granola bars at various points of the day
Dinner: 
smoked beef briskit, two bites of corn bread, french fries
