I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
My knee seems to be screwed up. A bad throw from a lower rank tuesday. I felt it and stopped her before it was a disaster, but the pain is on going and intense. I fear i have screwed up my ACL graft. it would hold my weight.
Workout: 
na, just some wood working today and cleaning. morning crunches and pushups.
Breakfast: 
corn cereal and soy milk
Lunch: 
3 grilled chicken strips and baked potato wedges.
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
chinese - steamed rice, chicken with broccoli, and steamed green beans with garlic.
