I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

Workout: 
2 hours at the dojo, primarily teaching. blah
Breakfast: 
3 small buckwheat pancakes
Lunch: 
na - late breakfast
Snacks: 
a cap of Life cereal
Dinner: 
salad, lots of veggies and a few slices of turkey pepperoni
