I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
tuesday's workout definitely kacked my knee, great.
Workout: 
just teh repair work I am doing and some core work. then 2 hours at the dojo, worked hard the first 75 minutes then the knee gave out.
Breakfast: 
corn cereal and soy milk
Lunch: 
grilled chicken salad
Snacks: 
100 cal pack cereal bar
Dinner: 
peanut butter and sf orange marmalade after class
