I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

Workout: 
2 hours at teh dojo - moderately hard. think i screwed up my knee again
Breakfast: 
yammit bar
Lunch: 
vietnamese rice noodles and veggies
Snacks: 
2 T peanut butter and 1 T SF orange marmalade
Dinner: 
grilled chicken and salad.
