I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

Workout: 
push-ups and core work
Breakfast: 
corn pops and soy milk, crazy craving, not sure why I did it. I didnt need the sugar, but i avoided the grapenuts wheat that i wanted...
Lunch: 
big salad and veggies + 2 T hummus
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
a burger on the grill and salad
