I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

Workout: 
2 hours of relitively light workout at the dojo - weapons training
Breakfast: 
5 small buckwheat pancakes (3 inches)
Lunch: 
a cup of rice pasta and some garlic
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
large green salad, 4 oz of steak, a half or a baked sweet potato
