Workout:
Morning pushups - did the core work, added some stretching, between sets. I like the set progression - hundredpushupchallange.com I am still finding full, really good pushups hard, but i can do them all in great form, all the way to the floor, from my knees.
Hauled and cleaned mats from thursday's demo, did some kata practice with the folks testing and practiced some of my weapons kata. I really need dojo practice to ramp up. I miss hard sweaty training.
Breakfast:
Raw organic bar 300
Lunch:
Lean cusine spa entree 320 cal
Snacks:
100 call pack granola bar - didn't need the oats, but it was a ncie change of pace.
Dinner:
moes - salad with veggies, black beans, brwon rice, and grilled chicken. a dozen tortilla chips - they were hot and I am weak.
