I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

90 minutes inthe dojo, 30 minutes of upper rank meeting time, grr
Breakfast: 
raw organic bar
Lunch: 
salad and raw veggies
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
cheese burger and fries, grrr. dumb - nothing but stress eating.
