I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
clinic all day. after clinic, got the butt chewing of all time. really bummed.
Workout: 
6 hours of hard training in the dojo.
Breakfast: 
eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 1/2 a cup of OJ
Lunch: 
2 oz of turkey, raw veggies, and some fruit
Snacks: 
raw organic bar
Dinner: 
steamed green beans, chicken and broccoli, egg drop soup, steamed rice
Personal Notes: 
really bummed post clinic.
