I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
a crazy busy day. Still watching weather and Ike. FOrgot the meeting at ARC this morning and was late. spent the day painting and doing repairs.
Workout: 
Pushups and core - added stretching and outlined the core routine a bit firmer. 2 hours at the dojo - moderately hard.
Breakfast: 
Yammit bar
Lunch: 
Lean Cuisine spa entree (Garlic pork)- 260 cal, lots of veggies, nice
Snacks: 
got busy and forgot
Dinner: 
Health choice blackened chicken. Lots of food, brown rice, not enough veggies though - 300 cal? I forgot
