I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
car inthe shop me stuck at a desk all day on the computer and phone
Workout: 
1 hour of kata before class(sword), 2 hours of class mainly light stuff.
Breakfast: 
1 c rice cereal dry
Lunch: 
3 corn tortillas (small) with shredded beef and lettuce
Snacks: 
sf bite sized hershey
Dinner: 
red beans and posole in red chili sauce(water, corn masa thickener, red chili powder, cumin)
Personal Notes: 
tired of late.
