I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
all day working at a desk and on the phone, blah. My car was in the shop
Workout: 
1 hour kata before class, sword, 2 hours of class not too hard a workout in class today
Breakfast: 
1 c rice cereal dry
Lunch: 
3 corn tortillas with shredded beef and lettuce
Snacks: 
a bite size sf hershey
Dinner: 
red beans and posole in red chili (water, masa to thicken, and red chili powder) 6 bite size carmal rice cakes.
Personal Notes: 
tired and frustrated of late
