I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
Sorry, the hurricane weather is playing havoc with on connection and power. All day waiting ont he plumber... sigh
Workout: 
2.5 hours at the dojo. harder than usual, ow. good core work, a bit of extra stretching, lots of leg work.
Breakfast: 
Rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
tamales from a can, desprate...
Snacks: 
rice cakes
Dinner: 
baked chicken breast and french fries, i was too tired to do more than eat what was there.
