I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run

My Notes: 
Teaching and supposed to have the car in the shop. Didnt work as planned.
Workout: 
2.5 hours at the dojo - moderately hard, good core work tonight.
Breakfast: 
Grits with almond milk
Lunch: 
8 oz protein shake - egg protein and almond milk with peanut butter
Snacks: 
8 oz protein shake 16 fat free pringles crisps
Dinner: 
red beans and rice
