Workout: 
30 minutes of kata + 2.5 hours at the dojo. not too heavy a workout, mainly teaching today
Breakfast: 
rice cereal with almond milk
Lunch: 
viet rice noodles and raw veggies
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
thai rice noodles and veggies, curry sauce.
