I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
need more water today
Workout: 
20 minutes walk/jog, 35 minutes on the bike.
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
raw veggies - radishes, celery, carrots, green onions, and a couple baby dills
Snacks: 
yammit bar after the gym soy crisps late afternoon
Dinner: 
half a baked potato with a slice of rice cheese, a sprinkle of cheddar veggie shreds, and a cup of shredded baked chicken with hot sauce.
