My Notes: 
up early doing yard work. some stomach thing hit me late evening after dinner
Workout: 
90 minutes of hard yard work 30 minutes of light kata practice before class 2.5 hours of class
Breakfast: 
two eggs with rice cheese on a corn tortilla after yard work
Lunch: 
vietnamese rice noodles with veggies
Snacks: 
raw organice bar early before yard work
Dinner: 
salad with grilled chicken
