Was under the weather Wednesday. Some stomach bug hit me late tuesday evening.

Breakfast: 
2 low salt rice cakes
Lunch: 
posole and red beans (odd craving for an upset stomach)
Snacks: 
air popped popcorm
Dinner: 
thai rice noodles and veggies
