My Notes:
on my feet all day teaching. hard to schedule.
Workout:
teaching today, some laundry and house work, tonight, crunches/ab work and pushups before bed.
Breakfast:
raw organic bar 250 cal
Lunch:
yammit bar 240 cal
Snacks:
4 oz of protein shake
Dinner:
large lettuce salad with 1 grilled chicken breast, celery sticks (6), and hot sauce for dressing. 5 backed wing sections.
