I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
up too late. stayed at my friends again. it was cooler than home!
Workout: 
15 minutes of running/walking. 20 minutes on the bike. 40 minutes of strength work, primarily shoulder and core. Had an ortho massage for teh shoulder and wanted to tire out the troublesome rhomboid. was marginally successful.
Breakfast: 
2 eggs and 1 cup of grits
Lunch: 
1 egg and 2 pieces of turkey sausage. (still with friends)
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
large lettuce salad with veggies and grilled chicken, had about a half dozen slices of pepperoni on it too. oil and vinegar.
Personal Notes: 
The shoulder work along with deep massage was good. the rhombid stopped spasming for a while maybe there is a light at the end of that tunnel.
