I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Started the morning early and had done major cleaning nad yard work by 10.
Workout: 
other than cleaning and yard work, 2 hours of dojo training.
Breakfast: 
2 wf/gf/sf pancakes with 2 T of sf syrup
Lunch: 
1 cup of chicken and dumplings. lots of chicken and veggies, a few dumplings. the WF version still needs work.
Snacks: 
rice crackers and hummus - too much
Dinner: 
1.5 cups of chicken and dumplings.
