I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

Doing some work on the house including spraying for bugs. I guess they are trying to escape the heat too, trying to get in the house anyway. Be back Sunday.
Workout: 
Did some yard work this morning about 2 hours worth. Going to the gym this afternoon.
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
leftover thai chicken and brown rice
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
? going to a friends while teh house is un-livable... maybe salad...
Personal Notes: 
despite eating healthy and watching portions the past few days, weight is actually up. it is really frustrating.
