I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Not the workout i wanted today, but overall not bad.
Workout: 
2.5 hours at hte dojo. moderate training a fair amount of teaching.
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
cabbage salad, a couple dill pickles, and toasted rice bread roll.
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
two corn tortillas, a grilled chicken breast, lettuce, and some rice cheese.
Personal Notes: 
Plan for friday: Early morning yard work. Gym to walk/run and work shoulder. stay careful and strict on eating, think bikini. try to space eating out in more small meals. Probably dinner with s hihan, so stay careful.
