I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
a mixed up day.
Workout: 
some yard work, way too hot 2 hours of hard dojo time, another 30 minutes lighter talking to visitors and doing demos.
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
chicken and rice with veggies
Snacks: 
hummus and celery
Dinner: 
salad with ginger dressing, clear broth soup, steamed rice, grilled veggies and a little pork.
Personal Notes: 
frustrated. eating well and weight goes up. i really want to hit this goal by july.
