I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
down to the nitty gritty, less than 8 weeks to hawaii, this last 15 pounds has to go!
Workout: 
house and yard work, no other time today
Breakfast: 
3 wf/sf pancakes. these are great and high in protein.
Lunch: 
salad with grilled chicken
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
small piece of steak, salad, steamed geen and yellow beans, half of a baked sweet potato, a square of SF jello.
Personal Notes: 
need more gym time and more consistant eating.
