I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Spent the day fixing things, workingin hte yard and cleaning house
Workout: 
just yard work.
Breakfast: 
protein shake
Lunch: 
leftover beef and salad
Snacks: 
dill pickles and some turkey pepperoni
Dinner: 
a grilled burger with rice cheese (pepper jack flavor) and big salad.
Personal Notes: 
Saturday plan - teaching all day, missing the big dojo training, protein shake for breakfast, probably another at noon or maybe a raw orgnaic bar. no snack time, something with grilled chicken for dinner.
