Wild day, summer has been crazy so far.
Workout: 
2.5 hours at the dojo moderately hard
Breakfast: 
egg protein shake
Lunch: 
some leftover beef on a big salad
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
chicken and rice with veggies, late after class
Personal Notes: 
friday's plan: protein shake for breakfast, raw organic bar at snack time. leftover chickena nd rice at noon, salad and veggies for dinner. planning on yard work and maybe a trip to the gym.
