I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes:
I think after today the week will calm down some. I am feeling rather worn down and can't seem to stop being tired
Workout:
a short workout witht he kids before and after their test today. They did quite well. some ukemi with shihan who came to watch. On my feet teaching all day
Breakfast:
Raw organic bar and 1/2 a grapefruit
Lunch:
a big green salad at the deli with a bowl of chicken chili. had two boiled egg whites, a few olives and some carrots with hummus.
Snacks:
some spelt pretzels
sliced turkey breast
peanut butter and celery
Dinner:
not really hungry. had a half dozen of my daughters french fries and a couple bites of leftover pork chop

good water day, too much coffee.
