My Notes:
teaching all day again planned to do better. Knew i had a clinic dinner.
Workout:
snuck to the gym after class for 30 minutes of cardio walk/elipitical - running hurt
on my feet teaching all day
Breakfast:
raw organic bar
Lunch:
salad and chicken chili at the local deli with my new trainer student
Snacks:
na
Dinner:
buffet - i hate these things
a bit of baked chicken, a bit of grilled steak, salad, green beans,...a dinner roll, some sf jello, and a piece of sf cherry pie. sigh...
Personal Notes:
better water today but WAY too much dinner
