I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes:
Long day at the clinic, all day workout and meals. hard to plan and manage
Workout:
6 hours of martial arts training. half very hard, half moderate with mixed teaching.
Breakfast:
shoneys breakfast bar with group 8-P bane of my existance - buffets.
potatoes with peppers and onions, 2 sausage patties, eggs, 1/2 c grits+/-, cantalope and apple.coffee
Lunch:
slicedturkey and some lettuce out of a sandwich and a handful of fritos
Snacks:
8 oz protein shake mid am and 8 oz mid afternoon
Dinner:
jim & nicks bbq: smoked briskit, pickles, french fries, some lite coleslaw, a bite of cornbread
Personal Notes:
I managed to avoid too much junk, but definitely over ate. Lots of water, coffee and tea. My knee is swollen and sore from standing onthe hard floor all day.
