I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes:
a busy day, that didn't go according to plan but went okay
Workout:
20 minutes on the bike, 22:30 running/walking. Actually broke that 20 min block where the knee pain started and made 3k. Full core routine today, i love core work. pull-ups on overload about 120 total - an attempt to wear out a spasming rhomboid that was only marginally successful. Morning and evening crunch/pushup sets.
Breakfast:
protein shake ( that does stay with me better than cereal) 220
Lunch:
raw organic bar (300)
Snacks:
a hand full of polenta chips at the health food store, but i did manage to not take home the offered bag!
Dinner:
Salad with grilled chicken, black beans, brown rice, and various raw veggies probably 800+ cal total but very tasty
Personal Notes:
not up to my water goal today, especially with the heavy gym workout.
