I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
My brother's birthday... Day not totally according to plan, my cardio time at the gym got stolen by teaching a class. Picked up another class for thursday too. all good.
Workout: 
2.5 hours at the dojo. good hard core set in there. Morning ab set with push-ups, gonna repeat that tonight too.
Breakfast: 
protein shake 220
Lunch: 
raw organic bar 200
Snacks: 
midmorning, baby carrots - 80 after class, pretzels - 100
Dinner: 
Chicken gumbo with veggies and wild rice. Wow 2 cups of this soup loaded with veggies was 300 calories. I was stuffed. Note to self, this is too much before class
Personal Notes: 
good on water today just under 80 oz stayed on plan except for the loss of cardio time.
