I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes:
the last day of the theater production, also a mother's day clinic today at the dojo, a graduation 'tea' for my daughter, and a new play at ASF. (Rocket City. it was funny and interesting, a nice blend of history and fiction.) Long day. No gym time, unfortunately, but i destructed the set so that was good. I am going tomorrow. Plenty of water today. In this day i think i had 2 minutes scheduled to breathe..
Up at 6
out at 7 to get a gift for the tea
clinic at 8
feed kids at 10:30
kids to theater
deep tissue massage for shoulder 12
shower and change
Play 1 pm - 3
kids home, erin to shower and change, then tea at 4:30
destruct the set
pick erin up at 6
dump set lumber (Moved that pile three times today!) shower and change for show
asf 7:30
Home at 10
Workout:
2 hours of dojo training, but it was fairly light as we had a Mother's day Self Defense clinic and I spent most of the day teaching.
90 minutes destructing the theater set for my daughter was actually a lot hotter and more sweaty.
Gym tomorrow in trade.
Breakfast:
Raw organic bar. Fast morning and it was a quick way to get some protein before the clinic.
Lunch:
early/brunch - ate too much: eggs, hashbrowns, turkey sausage and a bit of gravy
Snacks:
coffee and half a cookie at the asf intermission. Coffee while my daughter has a cookie and coke has been our tradition at the play. Tonight she offered me part of the cookie and dunked hers in my coffee ;-) who can resist that.
Dinner:
none - not hungry after teh brunch/lunch
