I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
this has not been a good day, well not really a good week. the theater mess with my daughter has cut into my workout time, it has messed with eating and worn me out. I am good on water today, more than ten glasses
Workout: 
20 minutes walk/run, 10% grade average was about 4.2 mph 20 minutes hard on the bike one ab set this morning
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
cold vietnamese rice noodleswith raw veggies water with lemon
Snacks: 
raw organic bar after the gym
Dinner: 
carne asada tacos is soft corn shells with lettuce and pico de gallo a little spanish rice.
