I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes: 
Up early to take my daughter to the theater for practice. had to take the car to the shop, $$, and returned to the theater to help build sets. they ate all my p lanned gym time. After a dress rehersal for the elememtary students, i took my daughter to school to catch up on algebra, then we grabbed a quick shower before the sports award dinner. (DD won the Dance team spirit award and lettered as a freshman!)
Workout: 
nothing but set buiding and ladder climbing
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
SW chicken ceaser salad
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
a piece of chicken, brown rice, a few bites of mac and cheese, green beans, a poppyseed dinner roll.
