I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

the last few days have involved a lot of trying to keep up with my teen and some computer trouble that stopped me from getting on line, but I am back!
Workout: 
going to the gym today
Breakfast: 
Rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
planning on a protein shake
Snacks: 
a raw organic bar after the gym
Dinner: 
this is going to be an on the run affair. My daughter has play rehersal all day then has to go catch up school work and has a peformance tonight
