My Notes: 
teaching all day at arc, last minute no time for preperation or anything. spare minutes involved my daughters play and her stuff.
Workout: 
2.5 hours of dojo training, hard. all upper ranks. mainly weapons and bunkai
Breakfast: 
cornflakes and almond milk
Lunch: 
na
Snacks: 
1 baked chicken tender after class when i got home
Dinner: 
a chicken wrap with salad and a bit of may, a few french fries
