I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

Workout: 
building set for my daughter's play all day. (this ate my planned gym time) Kids class 60 minutes tonight
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk
Lunch: 
grilled chicken salad
Snacks: 
a couple chicken tenders
Dinner: 
a smoked beef sandwich and three small cornbread muffins. (i let fatigue get hte better of me, bad choice, but I was tired.)
