I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

a slow sunday, 135 today
Workout: 
90 minutes of heavy lifting and scrubbing at the dojo mat cleaning followed by 2 hours of hard training 40 minutes of t hat being weapons.
Breakfast: 
late breakfast (10:30) cornflakes and almond milk x2
Lunch: 
na late breakfast
Snacks: 
hummus and rice crackers 1 block of dark chocolate
Dinner: 
baked chicken and baked hashbrowns, salad
