My Notes:
weird day full of stress. kids, chalk art, rain, car trouble, etc, etc, etc
Workout:
helping hte kids get ready for and handle stuff for the FLIMP art festival, then dealing with rain on the chalk art...
Breakfast:
corn flakes and almond milk
Lunch:
bowl of lf chicken chili and a few ff chips
Snacks:
a few more ff chips (craved salt) and 2 T of wf/sf cookie dough
Dinner:
baked potato with salad
