very busy day. running kids around to and from the chalk art festival (again tomorrow), a friends wedding, which accounts for dinner tonight, and a self-defense class i had to teach.
Workout: 
just the self defense class. it was more work than I expected.
Breakfast: 
rice cereal and almond milk (150)
Lunch: 
1/2 greek salad with smoked chicken (200)
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
Chinese buffet... too much
