I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

Workout: 
90 minutes with the kids, much of that good hard newaza with several at once. one ab set at bed time one this morning.
Breakfast: 
1/2 c grits plain 4oz of protein shake
Lunch: 
salad with grilled chicken and raw veggies
Snacks: 
na
Dinner: 
vietnamese rice noodles, a little beef with onions and much raw veggies.
