I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

My Notes:
yesterday was a long day after friday's long day. It ended withmy daughter and I going to a show at hte local shakespear festivle. much fun and a late night. today was equally long and if the rain homes i have much yard work tomorrow too.
136.4 today (down 3.6)
Workout:
2 hours+ mowing witht eh push mower.
2 hours of dojo training, moderately hard day
Breakfast:
2 c of the leftover pumpkin soup mix, great breakfast
Lunch:
no time.
Snacks:
a couple handfulls of my daughter's popcorn
Dinner:
roast beef, carrots, the last of beans/ rice/corn mix from last week, and salad.
