I want to lose 20 lbs and get back into shape to run by July 15.

worked and ran errends, busy day. tomorrow to school at 5 am.
Workout: 
2.5 hours moderate dojo training plus core work
Breakfast: 
1/2 c barley cereal , 1/4 c almond milk - 200 cal
Lunch: 
little bit of beef and potatoes (200 cal) celery (?cal) and carrot sticks(60 c) 1 t ff veggie dip 20 cal
Snacks: 
raw organic bar, one this am one before class (2x 180 cal)
Dinner: 
left over pecan chicken from yesterday and 1 c of beans, rice and corn from tuesday. (500 cal)
